On body building.com, there's a database where you can type in the name of an exercise and it shows pictures and gives tips of that workout, plus others with the same words as you typed in the database search box. I mcan't find that now. Will somebody give me a link to that site. Thanks.

Here is a similar area on bb.com. You click on the bodypart and it gives you the exercises with examples and expalanations.

Thanks. That's the site I've been able to find, but I can't find the "search engine" they have. Anybody else know?

If you arrow down on that page, they have a search engine where you plug in the bodypart, equipment used, type of exercise.

Edit: Arrow down to section 4 on that page...that is where you can search for a specific exercise by name.

That might work, but it wasn't what I was talking about. This page had a box like google and you just typed in the exercise. If you typed in "bench press", it shows you links to all different kinds of presses and exercises with the word "bench" in it. Those links took you to sites with pictures of the exercises and tips underneath. It is similar to what you've found, though.

When you do that in section 4 of that page, it does exactly what you are describing. Maybe I am not understanding you? Sorry, I really want to help you. It's frustrating me that I can't

That's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for helping me and I'm sorry I didn't find it sooner. Thanks, again.
