when doing pinch grips, does it matter if the weights are all seperate plates or can I connect them with each other so that they don't slip out of my hand. Is the main purpose to hold the plates together or holding as much weight between the dumb and the other fingers without letting them fall down?
I hope you guys understand this a bit.
