hey guys..lately i've had to go off S2B because soccer training is starting up....we run on mondays, wednesdays, and thursdays, and have games on tuesdays..(basically to get in shape for regular season.

What i need to do is gain some more size in my upper body. I have about a month. My lower body i just want a little more power in. I'm pretty happy with my fitness level, i just want a little more upper body and then just some clean up stuff to get ready for season.

thanks for responses

Doug

So why did you have to give up S2B, too much volume? How often are you looking to workout? We don't hear much from Dos around here anymore, but I have seen him logged in a few times lately. I don't think you can go wrong with him either. Dos's Summer 2004 Soccer workout. What do you think about something like that?
