Question

How does this beginners workout look? I made a web site with a chart that list all the workout info, plus pages wiyh pictures to illustrate each exercise. How does this workout look? Click here>>> Beginners Workout

IMO you dont have enough posterior chain work(glutes, low back, hammies). 6 out of 7 of your leg exercises are quad dominamnt. Add exercises like deadlifts, good mornings, pull throughs, stiff-leggded deadlifts to work your PC.

RipStone is right, don't follow the trend to work only your "show muscles" you'll get much more bang for your buck if you work your posterior chain just as hard (if not harder) than your front.
