Default Just starting out

I'm just starting the S2B program, and was wondering what most people use for the pre/post workout shakes? Any advice?

I've been working out for roughly two years now. I'm 5'11, 175lbs, with about 15% body fat. Like most, I'd love to get bigger, although it just seems impossible. I read the book and decided to give it a try. I have a particularly hard time gaining size in my arms. Looking forward to giving it a try, although eating this much seems like more of a challenge than actually putting on weight!

I'm not doing s2b but I use gatorade powder/whey.

Works pretty well.

Thanks! I started today, at phase 2. I decided to go ahead and use gatorade (orange) powder along with whey. How much gatorade do you use? I put to much and it was way to sweet!?!? I don't usually drink sugary drinks, so this is a bit much.

If there is anyone out there doing S2B who uses a gatorade mix, what/how do you make it? Do you find that 3 of them in a relatively short period of time is too much (in terms of liquid)? How much water do you add?

Thanks paranoid for the response!
