Default What to do on days off?

So I am starting the beginner on Monday. On weeks 1 and 3 I see that I only do the workout 3 days a week. Can I at least do the intervals 5 days a week?

I just got my Magnificent Mobility, so my plan to to do those.

Hi RF,

You can do anything else on your off days, even some easy bodyweight exercises, but hold off on doing intervals 5 days a week...
