Thanks for posting these - I am enjoying the TT videos. Very helpful! I really liked the pushup variation ideas.

I, also, love the videos and subscribed to CBAthletics at YouTube but wanted to know if it's possible to download these...? If I can always access them, I wouldn't need to but I'm not familiar enough with YouTube to know if, once they are uploaded, they'll always be available of if they are actually stored on your server and could disappear at any time.

They are stored on Youtubes servers but I don't think there is anyway to download them.

You can however copy the "embeddeed" HTML code to post on other sites (as I've posted the videos on www.workoutmanuals.com)

That's great Craig. Good to see the circuit being done the right way. Now if only I was that strong.

Thanks for posting.

I agree, I did Spiderman push-ups last night for the first time after having seen Craig do them in the video. He made them look way easier than they really are.

The one that looked really hard to me was when you have to cross one leg under the other. I'm on dialup at home and can't watch the video to get the name of the pushup. I agree, Craig makes them all look easy!

The cues in the clips are great too. Been squeezing my glutes on my split squats ever since watching the butt circuit and it's really helping me focus on activating them instead of letting my quads do the work!

thanks
