Default BBB

How long does it take you guys to do the 8x3 days? gotta get myself a sports whatch before I start this. Also, lets say for BB bench press. Should you use the same weight for the 10x3 on ABBH or a bit lower? Seems like without the alternating sets and decreasing rest you should go a bit lighter, or am I wrong here?

It takes about 45 minutes for me and my brother to get through the 8X3 days. The biggest thing I did before starting was I ran out and bought a stopwatch. I am finishing my last week of BBB and next week I move into ABBH I am planning on actually adding 5 pounds to the 10X3 at 80% of 1RM. I finished up this week on the 8X3 (upper) and it felt like the weight could have gone up a bit. Play with the weight a bit but be ready for the short rest periods that 60 seconds goes by pretty damn fast, and the succesive weeks the rest only gets shorter!
