I have always and still do all my step ups on a bench.

Wow... That sounds like it would have been very entertaining.
And here I thought it was amusing that I saw about 6 WWE Smackdown wrestlers in my gym doing very crooked behind the neck lat pulls and every isolation exercise in the book.
Actually they came in while I was doing EDT in my own workout, and they probably thought I was about as silly as I thought they were.

That's great JP. Every time I'm doing something on one foot, like single-leg RDLs, I always wonder who's scoffing while they watch me. For every member I've made fun of behind their backs, I bet there are just as many who think what I'm doing is silly!
Except I'm the trainer, so maybe they will at least wonder if maybe, just maybe, I might know what I'm doing. I hope. Maybe they'll even ask me about it. Wouldn't that be great!

You have the perfect setup for an awesome April Fools' prank, there, Lisa.

Alright, who where they JP? I want to know which 'roid monsters were doing iso exercises and freak'n lat pulldowns!
I always hope the owner is not looking when I do quarter deadlifts. The only way is to use the power rack, put a rep reebok platform inside with a step up box on top of it. Actually it is quite stable, I tested it with a lot of wiggling BW before I used the bar and plates.

While I was doing Bulgarian Split Squats this morning I got funny looks from a guy doing incline bench-presses. However, I shot a strange look right back at him while, between sets, he was stretching his hamstrings by putting his foot on the bar. He was quite flexible but I didn't understand his pairing Something for everyone.
