Default Elevated Push-ups...

what's the point? Is the idea simply to create some "turbulence" because it is an unfamiliar exercise for most people or is it superior to traditional push-ups in some way?

It adds stress to the serratus anterior.

I try to keep raising the incline thinking that, one day, I might be able to do handstand pushups. Just like adding weight over time, wouldn't increasing the inclince be beneficial. Based on your response, CB, I can see how different inclines might even be used to work different muscles.

Is it normal that I can do just as many stability ball pushups (toes on ball) as I can regular pushups? Am I doing something wrong on either one?
