Default 3 Month Layoff: Where do I turn now?

As the title says I've had a bit of a lasp. I was lifting straight for 2.75 years and then stopped short of three years for around 3 months. I was curious as to where I should turn concerning my training. I want to get back into lifting heavy again but I know I should work my way back down to high weight low reps. Anyone have any program suggestions?

Ive completed:
BoM Beginner
StB
NROL Hypertrophy 1 & Strength 1

You could try NROL again, or maybe HGM. But more importantly , what are your goals? You want to eventually lift heavy again?

Maybe do that first Phase of HGM that always killed everyone, haha, and then after that you could maybe move to a more strength based routine.

Another option would be to do NROL Break In, then Strength I >> Hypertrophy II >> Strength II etc...

What happened in the last month? About 2 months ago I came off a lay off as well, I did Total Body Training and it has worked well. I think it really doesn't matter what program you do, just identify your goals and ease back into it. Best of luck.
