Default Matching programs with nutritional recommendations

In the nutrition chapter of the book CW recommends different caloric intake and possible different macronutrient ratios for the goals of fat loss, hypertrophy and strength gain.

So how does this fit in with the programs?

For example I am following the program progression for hypertrophy and fat loss (BBB,ABBH,TTT,OSC,...). Should I be eating for fat loss or hypertrophy? Or should I vary my eating depending on the program at that time... eat for fat loss during BBB, but eat for hypertrophy during ABBH for example?

pick whichever one is more important to you and eat like it. if you're following the path then you should be fine.

If you want to be conservative you can follow the prescriptions for fat loss but keep food intake higher (+500 kcal or so) on training days, specially in your peri-workout. Don´t be afraid of throwing HC there, that won´t make you fat if diet is fine tuned and you´ll recover better.

You´ll also find some programs harder than others, so take it into account, but adding calories on training days is an easy way to do it.

That is what I have been doing for a while... eating approx. 4000kcals on workout days, 3600kcals otherwise. I'll keep doing that and adjusting as necessary.

gobbla is right, you should decide which is more important to you: losing as much fat as possible, or minimizing fat loss in an effort to gain more muscle. If you're unsure I suggest you go for the fat loss eating plan since it never hurts to lose more fat.
