on a somewhat serious note. aren't cable pulley...things...supposed to work basically the same way? (resistance through the full ROM)

No. Same deal as the free weights...mechanical advantage/disadvantage will occur at various angles regardless.

Chris, I actually talked about this type of agility training in Indy a few years back (how i got to meet hartman....).....this is CHAOS training at it's best! Probably the best sport-speed training you could ever find!
