If you are eating right but still a lot then it would make sense that you would gain weight. Have you tracked your calories to see what your diet really looks like when you see it on paper.

Well, I have not tracked it la, but its around 2800. I am following TMA, and that is close to 3k a day.
I think this is the issue and it seems like you've posted this type of problem in the past. I would track your diet for at least a week - each and every day on www.fitday.com and post the link here for others to review.
I'm just not buying that you are eating properly and still gaining weight. Sorry to be harsh, but I think you need to be more honest with yourself.

I am 5'8, 170lbs with 26% bf. Youno what guys, Ill track it even closer for the next one week, and report back. I didnt post this to whine, but to see if anyone else experienced this with other/similar diets. The only reasoning i can give is that the creatine i am consuming has the water retention effect. Thats all.

Creatine can add some water weight, but you shouldn't see any fat gain.
It's mostly about the calories. Too much perfect food will still make you fat. Track for a while.
Like Adam's Diet, TMA is about eating right so that, in theory, you will be satisfied and not overeat. Are you stopping when you are satisfied or eating the whole servings?
Adam's Diet will let me maintain my weight, but I couldn't lose fat beyond a certain point. I just don't have the ability to feel satisfied with my food. I need more draconian diets (or calorie tracking) to succeed. You might, too.
Consciously eating less than TMA suggests might be an easy start. Or, you could pick some of the higher calorie and/or optional ingredients and slow down on those.
At your weight and weight, 2800 is pretty close to maintenance level if you're working out 3-5 times a week. If you want to get lean, you will obviously need to eat below that. Slowly try eating fewer calories - lower by about 10-15% while still eating very clean. If you want to lose fat you need to clean 99% of the time - according to CB.

My advice "take measurements". Tape yourself in various places and weigh yourself once a week.
Sometimes the mirror can lie to you. Especially if you want it to. Then again you might be getting fatter. The only way to know is to actually check. If you're gaining too much weight too fast...you're getting fat. If you're not...then you might just be bloaty.
One of the most maddeningly frustrating things you can possibly ever do is to weigh yourself at the same time once per week (e.g. Monday morning after using the bathroom), keep your exercise levels consistent, simultaneously track your calories on a daily basis so that you know how much you've taken in and then make adjustments to your overall caloric intake on a bi-weekly basis.
Unfortunately, this is also about the only diet protocol that actually works over the long term.
I'm gonna assume youre talking about the metabolism advantage from JB.
1) If you're adding weight, some of it will be fat, no matter how clean you eat.
2) maybe you're taking in too many calories. If you're gaining fat too quickly, eat maybe 100-200 cals less every day.

I'm unfamiliar with TMA, so this could be a dumb question, but you are trying to gain mass correct? If so at that bf % you may get better results if you lose some body fat before trying to gain more, because at that bf percentage you are going to have trouble gaining a good percentage of fat free mass.

And to top that off; you must have absolutely no muscle mass if you're 5-8, 170 and 26%.

what happened to the picture i posted under my comment?
That is strange. If you right-click, choose properties, copy/paste into the browser, you'll see it. Then us "back" to go to this page again and the graphic shows up in the thread, too.
