Default Help! Confusion about following BBB with ABBH

For Muscle Gain & Fat Loss, the book recommends starting with BBB followed ABBH.

I'm finishing BBB today and will start ABBH on Monday. But in reviewing the workout log, the exercises are almost identical in the two programs.

I thought the point of changing routines was to change exercises so your body doesn't adapt to them.

Help I'm confused!

Changing rep routine will also fight off adaptions.

Don't worry, BBB and ABBH are different enough to allow for continued results. Follow as prescribed.

Thanks, I figured the slight changes were enought to stave off adaptation but wasn't sure.

I appreciate the feedback
