Default BBB Confusion

Did anyone notice that the workout has changed slightly? If I compare the T-nation version to the one in the book, a few of the movements have changed. An example would be no ab roller on the t-nation program, and I also see decline sit ups and leg raises changed. I followed the workout on the t-nation site since I am trying to buy an Ab wheel now.

Any comments?

I would like to follow the book, but didn't notice this until after my workout last night. I have an excel sheet with all of Chads programs, but it is based of the T-nation programs....

Sounds like Chad could have a great $1.99 PDF for his web store if he sold formated logs.

Good catch Newlife.

I did it how it was based on the PDF from T-nation. I saw the difference but just neglected to change the minor detail (IMO).

PM me if you want the sheets. I have one spreadsheet that has all of his workouts included.

Chad, I assume you are okay with me mailing this to a few people. If not, pls let me know. I got the sheet from T-Nation a while back.

Yes, there are slight variations with the MR programs (yet another reason why everyone should buy the book). The reason is because many of those programs are more than 3 years old and my exercise recommendations have been modified since then.

Follow MR as prescribed, don't worry about anything else.
