Default elite fitness squat/deadlift dvd

I'm thinking about buying this squat/deadlift DVD from elite fitness. It covers the squat/deadlift and all the accessory lifts.

Does anyone have this and is this a good use of my money?

Can anybody recommend a DVD that covers the squat and deadlift? My form is good now, but I want it to be even better.

i have it.

it's pretty good for a beginner. goes over a lot of assistance stuff as well.

it's been awhile since i watched it. I have some seminar tapes where they actually coach people, and that is interesting b/c it covers common mistakes.

you MIGHT want to hold that purchase, because if I remember from either here or T-nation I remember something about Cressey/Robertson coming out with a DVD called "The Efficient Athlete" (or something like that). It's supposed to cover all sorts of things, including squat/deadlift technique.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but that is something that I'm definitely waiting for, and will probably get as I've been really happy with MM.

Man, I wish Cressey, Robertson et al. would all stop coming out with products, I can't stop buying them.
