Now, I have a new bench. The pic with the chair, phone, etc. is totally new now. The corkboard is still there, but I have a locker in the corner with my agility training stuff plus chains with weights attached. In the right of that picture is now my toolchest :p. In between, where the phone is in my weight tree with 440 pounds of oly plates. On the wall with the Impossible is Nothing are my squat boxes and standard plates. Up on the ledge are the straps, bands, water bottles, etc. I'll try and get new pics tomorrow.

I'll have to get some new pics. I've remodeled a whole portion of the basement into an actual workout room. Drywalled, rubber matting, etc. I'll get some pics.
Matt, I have a Create a Home Gym pdf by Joe Stankowski. Nice ideas in there. Shoot me a PM with your email if you'd like it.

Mine were posted in another thread ... http://forums.jpfitness.com/showpost...99&postcount=6
It's not ideal, but it works for me ... I have a small corner of the unfinished half of our lower level (we live in a raised ranch where the front half of our downstairs is unfinished and has our water tank, oil boiler, and wood boiler add-on along with DH's workbench) with a power rack with high and low pulleys ... an oly set, several hex dbs, an adjustable bench (does incline and decline) that has a leg attachment and preacher attachment. I also have a high step (sort of an aerobic step but is maybe 14"x14" with risers that go under it up to 18"), a band that I use for assisted chin ups (with my oly bar set in the highest pin), a stability ball ... ummm ... and an elliptical which is out in the finished part in front of the TV ...
We just have a bench, a bar and a bunch of DBs in the living room next to our bookshelves. My bike is in the living room, the elliptical is in the bedroom. We live in a small apartment built in 1936 so it's a miracle the 200lbs of plates have not made a hole in the floor. No pics, but nothing special to take pics of.
But I have a new word for you. The latest in music technology....
Compact Disc....

When I got the tower I knew I would have to make sure my head fit between the joists I did find a radio that has both cd and tape I have records that I taped in the 80's that I don't have cd's for.
I used to have my gym in a room about twice the size as it's in now, but my wife gave me the boot for Christmas so she could use the room as a dining hall for our family. At first the smaller space was a bit odd, but now I kinda like it.
