Good work guys, just today, since New Years trying to lose weight, I'm 6'3 was about 238, now down to 228, so lost 10lbs so wanted to see my strength?I'm 42
I still got
FLATBENCH 320
DECLINE BENCH 320
INCLINE 270.
Not bad, but think only downhill from here since somewhat dieting...
GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL

It's my 2008 resolution to join this club. I'm way off on squats, though.

Frank, I don't want to embarrass you. What you call training I call lazy.

Sorry Frank, but I don't work for my strength.

Bench 200kg (441lbs)
Squats 310kg (683lbs) - Ass to the ground
Deadlift 325kg (716lbs)

I don't back squat anymore so that's my last figure - Only front squats 200kg (441lbs)

How about Olympic Lifts?

Some strong numbers above me.

My PRs atm:
Bench: 325 lbs
DL: 500 lbs
Squat: 300ish

My squat is finally going up again after having ACL reconstruction surgery last Nov. My DL was barely affected, but my squat was crushed. My goal is to try and join this club by EOY. Also you'll notice my bench exploded during this time when I was restricted on doing lower body movements. All my focus went into upper body and my bench shot up lol...

I will join this club equipped this Saturday.

Currently:
Bench: 298lbs x 2
Squat: 452lbs x 2
Dead: 480lbs x 2

I will join this club completely raw within 6 months.

Currently my raw PR's from a few months ago:
Bench: 253lbs(comfortable)
Squat: 352lbs(comfortable)
Dead:440(in feb, much stronger now, no i do not get 40lbs from my equipment...)

How about an update Terry? It's about time, been a couple years I think

Yay, joined, equipped.

Benched 309lbs today in a bench shirt, along with a 471lbs squat, and 531lbs deadlift.

As for raw, I'm only in the 500 dead club, squat coming soon, bench coming not as soon haha

My best lifts raw have been:

Deadlift 600lbs
Bench 425
Squat-I'm not sure, at my strongest I was squatting 630 for 3 off of a 12" box but it was a few inches short of full range IMO.
Chins-Bodyweight + 150lbs for 1. Not a lift you would normally brag about but it was quite an accomplishment for myself.

In competition I have pressed 475 in a single ply.

This was all at a bodyweight of 240 or so at 6 feet of height.

Tested some lifts today for the first time in years and was pleasantly surprised. I'm sort of almost in the club:

I'm 6'2" 210

Deadlift 515 (belt)
12" box squat 385 (belt, paused and after deadlift and speed squats)

Bench press will be tested on Wednesday. I'm sure its over 300. I'll report back

Worked up to a pretty easy 500 deadlift today, no belt. It was at the end of an upper body workout so I will retest soon to get a nice fresh number.

I haven't been deadlifting at all for the past year or so and my shoulder never feels right without deadlifting regularly...whether it's limit strength deads or speed pulls.

300/400/500 is one of my goals, too.

Currently...
Bench 285
Squat 350
Dead 350

At 175 lbs and age 38 all are lifetime bests. I will get 300 on the bench in a couple months, I think (so long as I don't over do it, and hurt myself). Since I'm pretty new to Squats and Deads, I expect the numbers will go up fairly quickly at least for a little while. My deads are weak, and with a triathlon season coming up, I don't think I will be in the club until next winter.

Default Comeback

I am not sure if this thread is still going, but I want in the club!

In high school we used to have to do these lifts plus power clean when I could do:

315 bench
425 squat
450 dead lift
275 power clean

I am pretty sure I can't do all of those anymore but I working on it. I am over 300 on the bench I think. (275 x 5 recently). The rest of them are not there yet.

I am adding the 300/400/500 to my year end goals!

Thanks,
Scott
