I'm sure there are plenty that have been through this program. What kind of results do you get using this? I'm just looking to try something different (did HGM, RR&D, some various other programs). Anyway, I'm going to take about 10 days off here, for some R&R, but I want to get back into it and add some mass.

Thanks!

Liked it and recommend it. However, through many of the discussions we had over there, a couple of guys wrote a "book" called Pimp My HST. Its a free download somewhere in the "optimizing HST" thread. Using those ideas ended up being far more effective (I'll try to post a link later).

Having said all that, I'm not using HST right now. Using a mix of Joe Kenn, Chad Waterbury, Christian Thibaudeau stuff.

So... Liked it, recommend it, has some great tweaks available, won't use it all the time though.

Not in here, over at the HST board.

Link to thread:

Mods can delete these if unappropriate.

I haven't downloaded this in a while, so it may not work. Very information intensive, both the thread and "book". Great guys that put this together.

I guess the reason I stopped this type of training, is that while very effective (6 total body workouts per week packs it on fast), I'm not sure its THAT much more effective from any other "non-stupid" program, for the work involved.

Any other questions, just let me know.

I've used it because i was looking for a full body workout. Do get alot of hypertrophy and farely quickly too.

I've only done it for about 4 weeks at a time. Gets too draining.

Give it a go.

I did it a while ago and remember the 15 reps were exhausting.

I am surprised that their web site has such a devoted following.

I've been doing it for 5 months and loving it. I gained about 30lbs total in that time. Arms and Thighs went up 2". I think the 15's are the hardest, after that it seems to get easier.

all right then, let me ask this - does anyone have training logs for HST?

30 lbs? Damn Sun that's awesome. I don't think I want to add that much, but I think I'm going to give it a go for 6 weeks.
