MM and IO
Hi all,
Hope this is the right place to ask..
I'm interested in both Magnificent Mobility and Inside Out. I see from the ads here that there is the Monster Mobility Pack at $115.00. Does this include printed manuals for both DVD's?
Also, I'm located in Hong Kong. Can I get delivery here?

The monster mobility pack contains both DVDs and the IO manual. The MM e-manual is purchased separately.
And yeah you should be able to get it delivered in HK.
Btw where abouts HK do you live man?

Ah so there's no print manual for MM. Ok, thanks.
Where in HK? About halfway up Wanchai Gap Rd. The real-estate agent said it's got a harbour view. She didn't mention you have to stand on a chair in the kitchen to see it.

Yeah, its just an emanual for MM. I printed out the emanual and I have it down stairs in the gym. However, I've never used either manual, after you go through the dvd a couple times, you can do most of it from memory.

Once you buy the MM DVD, you can add on the MM manual (if you want it) for an additional $15. The manual was created from the transcript and screen shots of the DVD a long time after the DVD had been out. It came about because it was requested by so many MM DVD owners who wanted something to take to the gym with them. Once they saw how useful the I/O manual was, it seemed like something worth having. You may decide you do not need it, but it will be available to you once you own the MM DVD if you do want to purchase it.
The I/O manual is much more. It has the movements from the I/O DVD with additional instructions and much, much more. It includes lots of sections of additional information that are not part of the I/O DVD. You'll be glad you have the I/O manual.

Chris, don't you use the bonus sections of the I/O manual? The Behavior Modification section was full of awesome information for daily use and the bench press instruction is great.

not really. I read through it a couple times, but then I parked it up on my shelf in my gym and don't think I've touched it since.

If you were to get one or the other, which one would you get and why?

I'm not sure if you're asking anyone in particular, but I'd say that it would depend on what the purchaser needs the most. I/O is mainly upper body mobility and MM is mainly lower body (specifically hip) mobility. I'd hope you could buy them both.

That helps. I thought MM was upper AND lower body, that's why I was wondering why you'd get I/O and MM if MM was total body. Thanks!

Yeah, I'm not sure I could pick. IO seemed to really help out some form issues that I never really new I even had. Shoulder presses specifically. The foam roller stuff in io is also great.
MM is my favorite though. The first time I did some of those moves my back sounded like popcorn...in a good way! I also attribute it to helping my squats and deads out tremendously.
You can't go wrong with either one really.

I was really glad to see this thread, since I was getting ready to ask the same question!! LOL!! I didn't understand the $115 special price for two DVD's that are $49.99 each. I assumed the I/O manual must be part of it, but I was too impatient to read through the pages and pages of accolades for I/O on the advertisement page to sort it all out. The "special" could use a more clear explanation for those of us "if it was a snake it would have bitten me" types. It's good to know that so many people have found both of these programs helpful.
