Can somebody point me in the direction of a cutting routine they have used, liked and have gotten good results? I'm starting to prepare for my cutting phase starting Jan. 1. I'm leaning toward Waterbury's 10x3 but I'll be darned if I can't even find the routine anywhere. I checked his site, T-nation, even did a search on an engine and still I'm not finding it. Can someone link me up to it? Thanks.

Suggestions on other routines are all greatly appreciated too.

Does anyone have any books or sites they particularly like dealing with dialing everthing in down the stretch before a bb show?

Thanks everyone.

GR

HGM Phase 1 got me and some others good results. You might give that a look.
