OK, finally! I kept a routine going for at least 4 weeks, lol. Now, in 2 weeks I'm gonna change it up. My previous routine was: 3x10-12
Bench Press 1st set wide-grip flat, and 2nd set normal grip flat, 3rd set wide-grip low incline.
Bent-over Row
Cuban Press
pullups 4x7
Deadlift @ 4x4
Yeah I didn't have a quad dominant exercise, though I did lunges for 2 weeks, but I hated them, heh. My next routine is now gonna be. 4x8-10
Wide-Grip Bench Press 1st set low incline, 2nd and 3rd set medium incline
One arm T-Row
DB shoulder press
Chinups 4x6
Overhead Squats 3x5
RDL 3x5
I wanna focus more on strength in my legs since they're already big compared to my upper body. Which is why I'm doing a lower rep range for them.
