Default Book of Muscle?

I am currently doing BOM Beginner Workout, Stage 3, Weeks 18-20. Is it ok to do this workout 4 days a week? Two upper days, and 2 lower days, or should I stick to just three days a week alternating workouts?

I did BOM for a year. While I don't have the book with me, I would say that in an upper/lower split it would be okay to do them as one upper, one lower, back to back, then at least a day of rest and then the second upper/lower back to back.

Example:
Mon = Upper
Tue = Lower
Wed = Rest
Thu = Upper
Fri = Lower

Mahler's right. A four-day split is fine.

John and Lou, thanks to you both. The split John suggested is what I had in mind. Thanks again!
