Hello everyone!

Ive read the various training programs but Im not sure that I have found the one that im looking for.

Im interested in finding an intense program that could be completed in 3-5 months. I would like to have this training program my main focus for the next little while. Im looking for bulk and definition but also increased stamina.

I am not new to training, however, Im not very good with my diet or training without goals.

Im 22 years old and Im 6 feet tall. Im in my 160s. I have an ectomorphic body, but I respond very well to training. Although my weight may not be ideal, muscle development is present, especially in my upperbody and arms.

I have used Scrawny to Brawny but the diet information still messes me up. A while back, there was a post about Christian Bale
link

half way down the page buckeye1 posted a message that had a diet. This is exactly what i was looking for, is there any more type of obvious diets that I could follow? I just dont have the time to actually sit down and plan one of my own.

Any information you can help me with would rock. THANKS everyone.

-Steve
