Hello my friends,i was wondering if many of you use drop sets?and how you actually do them??I have heard alot about them and thinking of giving them a go to try and bulk up to 245.I know i am only 220 at the moment but i have a master plan for my diet!So do any of you know any good programs?i didnt like the one on the fitness faq!Anyway let me know soon as i would like to start on monday?thanks BB
