Default Best Facilities in NYC

I want to try out this personal training business. I am thinking about just going to a good facility and begging for an internship.

I don't want to go to a commercial gym like NYSC or Gold's, but I might have to.

If possible I want to go to a facility, like Alwyn Cosgrove's for example, that is in NYC where I can learn how to do this right.

I have no certifications.

One facility that comes highly recommended is http://www.peakperformancenyc.com/

Any suggestions?

Yeah, Peak Performance NYC

Joe Dowdell has worked with the best in the industry, and the facility is top-notch. If you want to stay in the city, I can't imagine a better place to do an internship at.

Good luck!

My plan is to walk in and ask for an internship. Is this a good idea or do I need a different approach.

I remember reading somewhere that Jason Ferruggia opened a studio in NYC. Does anyone have any information on this.
