Default short and sweet program

looking for a 3 day a week strength program that's short, sweet and brutal. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Chad Waterbury's SFM is suppoesed to be good. You'll get great results if you've never done any of his programs before.

That program is really good. I did it and added more weight then I expected to all of my lifts. You can be in and out pretty quick too. It is pretty difficult at times (8rep box squats are killer) but its good.

I like this Chad Waterbury strength program too. It fits your criteria of short and very sweet. I think you'll enjoy doing it too.

Craig Ballantyne has a really short program, with short workouts. He has a subforum of his own... If you go click around a little I bet you can find it. Or it might also be in the new and improved Training Programs FAQ.

He's the king of getting in and getting out of the gym quickly (hence the name, TurboTraining).

anything that includes squatting 3 days a week with varying loads would be pretty brutal
