Default "Practical Programming for Strength Training"

I got it in the mail Saturday and skimmed through it a bit. Excellent so far. Solid, useful information that any level trainee can use. Covers lots of various topics that are explained in an easy to understand way. The actual programming section is where it really shines and will really help the any trainee or coach. For the price of less than 30 bucks, it is a steal. I recommend that it be on everyone's shelf. This is gonna be a classic for sure. Just wanted also say, that in no way shape or form do I have a financial interest in the Aasgard Company. It just really has exceeded my expectations.

Boy, there are getting to be too many Chris C's in here. LOL

Thanks for that disclaimer Chris. Based on some of the joint ventures and involvements of many of the people here, and in the fitness industry in general, such a disclaimer is actually a good idea for many people to make. I think it would show integrity for people who have some connection, involvement or stake with other's products or services to state as such in their reviews and comments.

I've only made it thru the first 1/3 or so but wholeheartedly agree. Good stuff. The "why's" that are so important to understand.
