Default Inside Out Manual

Hey everyone, been lurking for a while, you have a great forum here.

I have a couple questions about the Inside Out Manual. I am looking to pick up a copy of MM and I/O from a friend but he didn't get the Manuals, just the DVDs. How good is the Manual for I/O? I am having a hard time justifying spending $50 US (I am Canadian) on a manual, what exactly does it include?

The I/O manual contains, in addition to pictures and written descriptions of the movements shown on the DVD, a section on how to test yourself and four bonus sections. The four bonus sections are (1) the Rufus Complex, (2) Behavior Modification, (3) a bench press report, and (4) a glossary.

The behavior modification section is excellent and contains movements designed to be done every day, even at work, to improve posture and shoulder health. I think this section in particular is worth your money. The bench press report goes through detailed explanations of how to bench correctly from setting up to execution. It's excellent information as well.
