She's beautiful. Good luck getting back into a program. I'd suggest starting back with a full body workout 2 to 3 times per week. Something like NROL's Break-In or a Turbulenc Training beginner workout would fit the bill. See how it goes. You might be able to move forward from the beginner program very quickly, but it's still a good idea to start there.
