theres a junior at my school whos 5'6 and squats 600 and something. Idk his exact stats, but hes huge and everyone on the football team has seen him do it.

Obviously squating that type of weight makes your head loose. I don't want to run that risk so I'll stay in the 200 lb range.

I know that they aren't always right but I put 605/9 in a rep max calculator and it came up with a 1RM of 778. If he can get anywhere close to that at 19 that is amazing.

The thing that impressed me most about that first squat was how good his form is...no herky-jerky, very efficient, good posture, straight down and straight up.

Sick. Torso doesn't move At ALL during any reps.....ridiculous. 3x's BW for 5 reps....just stupid.
