Good Lord! That's you???? What are you... 3% or something? Do you hold that year 'round or was it just for the photo shoot for the book?
Can the book be purchased on your site that you linked in your sig?

LOL. I didn't notice that was a mop in his hands. I thought was a dowel or bar. Running my own gym, I know about all of the not-so-glamorous behind-the-scenes work. (I try not to let my students see me cleaning toilets! )

why deadlift in america, when you can do behind the neck pullups in a 3rd world country?

Being the fat boy of this unholy place, let me tell you it is REALLY intimidating working out with all of these aliens. You should see the 4th guy. He has the same definition. All of the guys have like 3-5 percent bodyfat, and they are like that ALL YEAR ROUND! Galya (my wife) has a very low % too, I don't know what it is
I, on the other hand, could give 2 percent of mine to each of them and still have over 10. Hehehe.

Jotek: At least you have Gayla. You can live leanly through her! Many men would add a few points of body fat to be so lucky!

Those are some pretty awesome backs!

I suddenly have bad thoughts about anybody in my families previous generations that caused me to end up with the genes that I have!

I have crappy genes. I am an exact replica of grandma who I love to death, but she was like 250 lbs most of my life. I can end up there if I don't watch my food.

That is impressive stuff. My back will never look like that while I'm awake but at least I can have a goal.

The backs, and the work that went into getting them is surely impressive.

One word of advice. The title of the book is too damned long.

The book was a joke. I believe most of you knew that from the beginning However, it has shown us that we must write a book and the writing has begun.
The title we'll figure out together here, I am sure.
I don't know if I can share a specific secret to training: we do pull ups, side press, lat pulls, deadlifts, push/pull...I throw in bb rows sometimes, but that's all really. I don't think anyone of his hits their back regularly, maybe once or twice a week.
The greatest thing of all is we don't care about good looking this and good looking that, we just want to perform better and get stronger. We love functional exercises.
The visuals is a side effect

Great! So first you tell us there's no book. Next, you'll tell us it's not even in English!
