You must master the art of patience before you start mop training.

I want patience and I WANT IT NOW!!

You guys all remind me of the movie, Bladerunner. Ever see it? You're all the "Nexus 6 generation" of replicants. (It's a compliment, I promise).

Basically what Milko is saying is:
"Stop asking questions or I will taunt you a second time."

Just my own thoughts. Showing us pictures without giving details of training, is useless. Duh? This is a fitness forum not a yahoo group.

I don't have a secret formula.
I didn't mean to upset you.

If you have questions, I'll do my best to answer.

My English is poor. Galya can explain you all in more detail.

Milko, sadly, your English is better than most Americans these days. You're doing great!

BTW, are you coming to America with Galya this spring? I understand she'll be coming to the retreat.

Milko:

I am sorry; you did not upset us at all. We are teasing you, or joking, but we are sincerely interested in your training. (And we are jeaulous of your development. ) You have gotten great results. Surely you all are very dedicated and work very hard.

Also, JP is correct; your English is very good. Maybe you should do one post in Bulgarian, just so we can be humbled, since it is likely that no one on this board can read it.

Plus, I think everyone WAS interested in "your book." I was, or am, or will be, depending on whether you have one, write one, publish one, etc.

You all have physiques that make us envious over here. Plus, a training style that's probably devoid of "fluff" and fancy methods that don't really do much more than basic, tried and true exercises.

I'm just guessing, but your low body fat probably didn't come from driving to the gym to sit on a stationary bike while watching CNN on the TVs and reading a magazine and listening to an iPod...

Поздрави,

Lost Dog

Milko and Galya, thank you for sharing with us. I took a look at your site and it looks very interesting. Could you please explain and describe what the "cable push-pull" exercise is that you list in your suggested program? The other exercises all seem to have instructional photos and descriptions for them, but I couldn't find anything for the push-pull and I'm not sure what you mean it to be.

Hey everybody, you ought to take a look at their site, it's certainly worth a peek (and you can see it in their language as well as English, Chris). www.spidersport.com
