There's also a decent article about making conscious choices in your fitness life in there - I was just coming to post it, but OG is fast like lighting.

So I finally got an actual chance to read the journal, or most of it anyhow [img]smile.gif[/img]

I post them here as soon as I get the e-mail update. See you wasted time reading an article before posting [img]smile.gif[/img]

Some interesting stuff in there. The choices article is I think pretty relevant towards all of your life goals and not just fitness and excercise.

The article on skipping meals is interesting, although to me seems to be written from a very low caloric defecit standpoint and not from a I skipped a 400 cal meal standpoint, although I am sure some of it applies there as well. Such as eating a larger meal to try and make up for a missing some.

Apart from that a little bit on PWO, everyone's favorite subject [img]smile.gif[/img]

All in all I think these journals are a great source of free fitness information.
