Default Strength routine suggestions?

So in about 3 or so weeks i should be coming off my ''cutting'' routine and adam's diet in my attempt to get rid of my unwanted bodyfat.

Come that time, i want to start a good strength routine. ive been doing an HST variant for the past couple years, and it has gotten me bigger and stronger than ever, but i think its time for something new.

both for the reasons that ive been doing basically the same thing for so long, and that i dont think im as strong as i should be for my age and weight. also, since my main goal in weightlifting is hypertrophy, getting stronger will allow me to get bigger as well.

im 20, 5'9'', 185lbs with a goal of 180ish (il have before and after pictures when i get there).
i dont know my maxes, but im currently lifting-
squats- 300lbs x 4
inc bench- 205lbs x4
bent over row- 205lbs x4
pullups- 40lbs x5

i need a program that will help me increase all my lifts (and i know definately i need to start doing deadlifts too). im not too knowledgable in the strength program field, so im asking for any input for any good ones you guys or girls have done in thte past and have had good results with

thanks in advance

New Rules of Lifting Strength 1.

People seem to have great results with it. I'm starting it in 3 weeks.
