Default LOOKING FOR A CHANGE

HI ALL!

I have been training nonstop for endurance events since the Summer, and I am looking to change things up...

I am looking for an effective weight training routine that will help me tighten up and look leaner. Problem area is the leg/hip/buttocks.

I still have to train for my endurance events, but this is more of a down time as far as that goes.

Any ideas? Thoughts?

THANKS!

What kind of endurance events do you do?

Welcome to the forum.
