Right now, yes (youll notice I do switch up a few of them). I plan to have an A and B workout soon, but I consider myself in the introductory phase of this plan right now - will add a B on Monday next week I think.

I basically designed it based on the turbulence training model. My goals are simply overall health. That means reducing my bodyfat and improving strength (often seen as being at odds). I thus use high intensity super setted workouts. On off days I have been running as another goal of mine is to run Bay2Breakers (7.5 mile race in SanFran in March).
