Default Thank you JPfitness

It's that time of year when I am coming to the end of another year in my life. This year has brought along a number of changes to my life, much of which I attribute to this forum and everyone who contributes to it. I found out about this forum about 8 months ago, and it has changed the way I train and eat. I have also learnt a lot about health and living. It has also led me to articles by JB, Chad Waterbury Craig Ballantyne and Alwyn Cosgrove.

I've not only learnt things in theory, but have put them in practice as well. In the past 7 months I have gone from an anorexic 60kg eating 2000 kcals a day to 67kg stuffing down 3900kcal a day. That's nearly 15lbs of weight gain, with minimal fat gain (well not very noticeable fat gain in the mirror anyway). I'd post before pics if I wasn't embarassingly puny then.

Thanks y'all!!

Great to hear! Thanks for the props. It really reminds me of our purpose, and reaffirms my determination to continue to deliver top level experts and material. The pros who post in here are not paid, and they are obviously very passionate about what they do to give so much. Posts like this are like bars of 14K gold!
