For those of you who have never visited the great state of Oklahoma, please allow me to introduce one of our most familiar weather phenomenons and one of my favorite training partners: The Winter-time North Wind!
Last night when I was doing my sprinting, I was running into a steady 35-mph north wind. Gusts up to 55 mph. (Hell, you should see our large-mouth bass too! 8 feet long if they're an inch!

)
Two questions I wish to ask:
1.) From other people in windy climes, about how much extra drag do you think this windspeed contributes? It felt like it was about 25 lbs to me.
2.) When you guys sprint with a sled, do you feel it a lot more up around your hips (around your hip flexors)?
