At the bottom of every page here is a link to Perform Better where you can get an Elite roller.

You can also buy them at Target. Probably for a little more.

I just bought mine last week from Target. It was the Ventgersteen model. Yes I know I slaughtered his name. It's a pretty red and comes with an instructional DVD that I filed away because I have the Hartman manual and DVD with IO.

Cynic,

All I have is the "Fitness Products" link and that doesn't lead to any foam rollers.

Hmmm...

Do you have images turned off?

Regardless, this is the link:

Do a search for "Elite Foam Rollers." They're black and more like styrofoam rather than the biofoam.

I use a big ol' pvc pipe. It's a little firm. Not for the beginner.

I also use a medicine ball and a volleyball.

I took a PVC pipe and contact-cement glued two thicknesses of camping matress high-density foam around it. (the matress was about 3/8 " thick )
Can't compare it to the real thing but I like it.

I love this self massage article by Krista Scott-Dixon. She recommends golf balls, tennis balls, a rolling pin, the edge of a door frame, and a stair railing!
