I gotta agree with you Roland. This was just piling on for fun. Now we'll never know if she was as you described and could be another added to our group fo the ever educated, or just a troll. And it's something we didn't do much of in the past.

I think I'd be worried more about hopping back on the treadmill than anything else, when it comes to dangerous...

Humor? You are new around these parts so I'm curious... do you really know something about Tobias Young or are you just playing around? When one new member disappears after getting a little heat and another one suddenly appears, makes one wonder.

Maybe it's like one of those old-time scams, where you send some shills out ahead of you to build up your reputation, then show up with your wagon-full of snake oil.

Default Miss 6 pack

out of town a few days you cannot run me off. running like this on treadmill sorry to tell you but professional athletes do this all the time i know for a FACT. And leg extensions are good when dislocating knees because your quad muscle goes under your knee and helps keep it in place if one of your quad muscle are weaker or not as flexible as the other than you will have knee problems which can cause dislocation of the knee but i dont know what i am talking about? check it out you might learn something.Maybe running like this is funny to you guys because maybe it is a level that you cannot or dont want to work to reach? Also tobias is a body builder for him not to be on the interent dosnt mean he is not a good trainer you would be suprised who he has worked with in the NFL and helped them get to were they are know matter a fact you problem watch them on sunday

Might be worth checking into this link for a bit. Its kind of scary that your suggesting leg extensions for knee re-habilitation.. and thats comming from someone who uses them on occasion..

And about the running.. we know "pros" do it all the time. Its HIIT. Its been around for years. Nothing new.

everyone has there thoughts about the situation and i still feel the same regardless what he said as easy as it is to find that i can find someone else to say different. I have been in rehab facilities and when something does happen to knee they strengthen it through numerous of excercises and one of them is leg extensions and also about the running i didnt say i was the first to do it but why not try it all it was was just a suggestion if you heard of it before ok thats cool

Miss 6 Pack: Give us a little bio of yourself and your relationship to Tobias Young (client/family, etc.) so we know where you're coming from. Right now you're just a random person who could be 16 or 65 for all we know, with little or a lot of actual experience. Fill us in.

Good to see you back Miss.

Here's some stuff on HIIT - you'll find safer suggestions than the treadmill approach.

Here's some stuff about leg extensions.

Stick around Miss, this is a great place

I remember Bip saying this is the only situation in which leg extensions have value, probably because the therapists aren't loading big.
