My wife wanted to go to some garage sales over the long weekend so I went with her. Boy am I glad I did. I got a Weilder Pro squat rack with a lat pull attachment, adjustable bench with leg extension and preacher curl attachments, and a 300 pound Olympic weight set for $150!!! I turned my garage in to a gym last night!! I am so very excited!! I am going to ask for a punching bag with a stand for Xmas and some rubber flooring for the garage and I am set. I already have a nice *** exercise bike. All I need to do is run some cable and set up a tv out there and I will never leave the garage!! Morale of the story check the paper for used equipment before you go buy new because I just saved myself at least $400-$600.

That sounds like a wicked setup for mega cheap. Their loss is your gain, literally

Yea man I already had 400 pounds of standard weights, an adjustable bench, swiss ball, pull up bar, dip belt, two barbells, and five adjustable db so I am set!! It looks funny (in a good way) that my two car garage is now a one car with a gym on my parking side!!

Excellent find...... and unusual too.

All the ones I find are worthless junk.
