Question Looking for a cutting routine

So i just finished the three month precision nutrition summer prep training program (took me a little longer than three months with distractions, illnesses and what not). My stats before, were 5'11, 205lbs @ 21%(my diet wasnt the greatest during my scrawny to brawny bulking phase, as can be seen by my bf) I am currently 188lbs @ 14-15%.

At this point i would like to continue cutting into the 10% range. i understand this will probably be pretty tough and require some real dedication but i am ready to accept the challenge.

the only problem is that i now need a new cutting routine. I was wondering if anyone had any advice?

on a kind of related note i just received my accu-measure fitness 3000 bf% calipers and was wondering about the formulas used to calcute ones bf% using more than just one, two or three areas. i remember reading some people take 6-7 points on their bodies when calculating their bf%. anyone know of the formulas to calculate a bf% incorporating all these points and which points to use?

i would like a routine that would get the job done. if that means i'd have to pay for it then alright.

New Rules of Lifting by Alwyn Cosgrove and Lou Schuler has fat loss phases in them, very effective I've heard. That said, the right program will do nothing without a good diet.

Also look at CB's turbulence training, similar workouts to NROL, they both work very well.

One thing you may want to consider is a refeed though. After all that weight loss, your metabolism is pretty slow right now, it might be good to give it a boost. Read this.

thank you ed, jason and gobbla i'll definitely check out those programs.

Jason: on the 1-2 week refeeding stage you suggest, should one continue working out? if i were to continue working out should i begin one of the new cutting routines or some kind of other intermediate maintanence routine?

As we all know thanksgiving is coming up and seems like a good time to refeed the body with mom's home cooked meals. i'll of course make sure not to go too buck wild and slowly increase the calories during this and next week as prescribed in the article.

Of course you should still work out. And it'd be a great time to start your new program, with all those calories to help you recover. Just remember, you're going back to maintenance level for 1-2 weeks, you're not going crazy on a mini-bulk or anything. Just enough to get your bodies' fire going again. Don't worry about losing weight during this period, but you certainly shouldn't gain anything significant.
