As I've stated on here before, a summer of working 75 hour weeks, too much fast food, and a stressful wedding and fatening honeymoon to finish it all up had left my once six packed body closely resembling a nice round keg... fast forward to september when I get a job as a trainer after much thumb dwindleing to send out my resumes ( I had been certified since february). I hated the way I looked and couldn't believe what I had done to my body after so much work had gone into it (5 years ago I was 240lbs and could barely bench press the bar...). So that same night after I was hired I took some "before pics" drew up a program and the next day went to town. I followed adams diet for about a month (up until a week ago) and for the last month had been doing CBs TT 2k3 (traded my program for it after a week or so, I love the TT prgrams and have used them before).

Anyway, I thought I'd post my pics of before, and after a month or so of TT, intervals, and adams/basic clean diet. I've still got more to go to get back to where I was, (although I have actually increased lean mass by about 2 lbs since starting!!)

thought maybe some people could use seeing a rebound story to get them going this holiday season!!

And besides, having hundreds of people making sure I don't F$%& up again on here can't hurt... LOL

Hey, welcome back, dude. I started working out several times and simply gave up for lack of information. Now, I'm reading, buying some books and this forum have been a great motivator.

Keep posting.

Put the before and after on your business card - will draw the clients in fast!

I'm still coming backafter a relapse myself - put plenty of muscle on but the BF is up. Keep telling myself I'm gonna do a psycho cut in the New Year - but you're right, never put off to tomorrow....

Like on every before and after shots in diet-publicities.. the after pics have a nice big smile.. but contrary to many.. it's not only gut-sucking-in difference that there is.

WOW!! good going! You're definately trainer material.

and nice to put a face on a nick.
