Default Phase IV question

I'm almost ready to start phase iv, but i was wondering if our workout is supposed to consist of all of the exercises listed. What I mean is if I were to do an upper body workout on Monday, would i be supersetting all four exercises in workout A and then all four in workout B and all four in workout C? How does it work exactly?

Yes. Do A,B and C every workout.
