Default "Unofficial LA Summit"

From my blog:

"A quick note for today

I'm heading out to LA-LA Land [Paris Hilton], Hollyweird [Tom Cruise], The City of Angels [Diane Lane...she's on my wife approved list]...Los Angeles, California, or in the words of the Governator...Kah-LEE-Fo-NEE-Uh. It seems that this trip is becoming a tradition of sorts as this is the second consecutive year I'll be in LA just before Thanksgiving.

I'll be consulting [drinking beers] with some of the top minds in the fitness/sports training/rehabilitation field throughout the weekend as I update my Active Release Techniques skills as well as discuss the finer points of strength and conditioning [drink beers] with the likes of Alwyn Cosgrove and hopefully the NSCA Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year Robert Dos Remedios [The World's Largest Vegan].

Whenever I get a chance to spend time with these guys and discuss the finer points of training [drink beers], I always come away with something new and interesting to think about [hangover] or to integrate into my business or training philosophy [Tylenol].

If I can, I'll update throughout the week."

It sounds like it promises to be a great trip [lots of beer] and I hope you’ll be able to keep us updated on the events [number of beers] as they happen.

So, the elephant is now in 2nd place. Impressive! If only they'd hit the soy a bit harder!

Have fun. Looks like your going to have some nice weather this weekend. It'll be 80, near the beach Sunday. Chris might give you some surfing lessons, even...

Are you going to use your uncanny resemblance to the Governator to your advantage?

yeah, it's funny....silverbacks are considered 'opportunistic vegans'. In other words, if a bug runs by them, they may just eat it if the mood is right!

I'm sure it's just revenge for all the little stings they get from those bugs in the jungle.

After 3 near death experiences and some aerial acrobatics I have arrived.

4 hours on a plane in coach...I think my ass cheeks grew together and something smells like the guy that was sitting next to me on the plane.

Thanks goodness my plane ride was followed by a short (short in LA standards is just over an hour and a half) shuttle ride to the hotel (The Biltmore...look it up on the net...they used to hold the Oscars here...when it was on the radio ).

The Summit begins in just a few short (remember it's LA now) minutes.

Bill

P.S. Chris...got your number.

The Biltmore is reported to be haunted, I believe.

Does he accept requests? And will he allow you to hum along?

Seriously. I believe it's the Biltmore that's haunted.....awright, now that I think of it, there may have been a Biltmore in Florida that's actually haunted. I'll check with my paranormal logs and get back with you.

Until then, keep humming.

Hopefully I can join the summit at some point and keep these guys outa trouble.

A word of warning Bill, since your so close to Staples Center Kobe's entourage might be hanging around. And of course downtown is the epicenter of the local "pharmaceutical" industry

What do you think about when you're riding a bike for 112 miles and then running a marathon after a 2.5 mile swim?
The next great project for Alwyn....?
Nate Green...remember his name.

Duplicating yourself...how?
Who's the real boss at Cosgrove's Results Fitness?
I probably picked up more business tips tonight than in any book I've ever read.
Always a great time. this didn't even scratch the surface.
