Yeah, but Platz is such a mutant that it doesn't really seem as impressive. He's beyond impressive and just kind of a curiousity. You can have too much of a good thing.

Sure, 500 pounds is heavy...but he didn't even make it to parallel for most of those.

To be fair, I can only squat about half of that once, so maybe I'm not qualified to criticize...
