Jo Walker pulled a 440 lbs deadlift at a bodyweight of 131 lbs at the US Nationals and she was 63 years old
This woman is 77 and still pulling strong:

I work in a geriatric setting, and am amazed at how little my colleagues challenge our clients ... I'm always giving them lots more weight (within their ability) ... and these pictures prove that older (and female) does NOT = incapable of lifting heavy!! These ladies are sure something to aspire to as I get old ...
Eric and I trained an 81 year old woman at our last facility we worked at in CT. We had her doing rack pulls, one-legged squats, etc. In a span of 3 months, she went from pulling 15 lbs to 80 for reps.

440 @ 131 and 63 yo? Make anyone else feel like a puss?
