or my obliques ot fill out what shud i do? some sort of crunch with a twist or some thing like side crunches with one wud help it fill out more? i dont care about it becomeing stronger , just bigger and more defined,
to make it eayer on you i took a picture of my self and i have a pic of what i want to look like, ( we are talking only about midsection, obliques especialy, and the ratio between the waist and back)
You need to add some muscle mass if you wanna look like those pics you posted. As far as oblique and the v-lines they create, a lot of it depends on genetics but you also have to have a low bf% for them to show better.
Brat Pitt is a genetic freak ala Ahnold, IMO. If you want definition like that, you're probably gonna need better parents. Short of that, a STRICT diet and an boatload of cardio MIGHT get you that low in bf% (looks btw 2-4%), but you'll also end up weak, tired, and most likely with some serious health problems. Hit the weights and eat clean, put on some muscle mass overall, then see about cutting bf. There are programs specifically designed to make you bigger, and more defined, and stronger available on this board. They all kind of go hand in hand.

I honestly don't understand why you wanna look like that, abs and obliques aren't that big and his BF% is too low
but that's just my opinion
thanks, so i just need to bring down my bf%? and then then my obliques anf the v are going to look like at, if thats the case ill do anything for that thanks btw
Honestly, you will need a good bit of muscle first. To get that low in bf you're going to lose at least some muscle mass. If you don't have a decent amount of muscle to start with, you're not going to get that kind of build no matter how much fat you burn. You will end up twig skinny, sickly, and probably not reach that level of definition anyway.
And to build your abs, try squats and deadlifts. Or for more direct work, the swiss ball bridge is a killer.

btw everybody says it genetic, but i saw pictures of my dad when he was younger and his abs a midsection look just like those in the pics, so it not a genetics problem, so i asked hi mwhat he did for them he said he just played alot of soccer and spent alot of time playing sports, so what i was asking you guys is like specific obliques excersises
One more shot... you COULD get that build, but you need a decent build first. Focus on putting on some muscle, then try cutting bodyfat. You'll get a better result, and could potentially reach that point. But you can't specifically target regions of your body to selectively build and cut. It doesn't work that way, and that kind of mentality leads to muscle imbalances, injuries, and lost motivation, IMO.

Do you lift weights? If not that would be a good start if you wanna build muscle. Go to the "Fitness FAQ" section on this board and look at the thread "Workout Programs". Find a program you like and follow it consistently. You can not look like Brad Pitt if you don't have muscle. Also, it is impossibile just to focus on one body part(such as your obliques). You have to build up your entire body and then you will look the way you want to. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication but if that's what you want it's all worth it. Plus, working out is HEALTHY for you.

Alright Fender here is the thing. You are young (15 if I remember right) so you aren't fully developed in build or hormonally. So trying to compare yourself to a full grown man and trying to duplicate his body is going to be quite tough at this point.
On the genetics issue, its not really just looking at what your dad looks like. Its what genes you ended up with from both parents and their whole lineage. Comments like, 'if you want to look like Brad Pitt get Brad Pitts parents' are just kind of said in jest because its annoying to get the question over and over again. In reality I think the genetics excuse is a bunch of crap. Yes it probably is easier for Brad to get them than a lot of us but I think with enough work anyone can get pretty nice abs. But from where you are coming from you haven't put enough time into developing a solid base of muscle to really support a lean, "ripped" build.
At this point it would be a really bad idea to spend your time trying to cut weight and get abs when you should be spending your time hitting the weights hard and eating a lot so you can take advantage of your natural growth at this point. Hell you might be suprized at how well your abs develop after all this.
